Lamp Pumped Laser Marking Machines Providing Benefits to Various Industries

Lamp pumped laser marking machines are proven systems used in a large number of industries worldwide. At Hai Tech Lasers, we utilize lamp pumped laser marking systems to meet the marking and engraving needs of our customers. We also supply refurbished marking machines for clients with more modest budgets.

Understanding Lamp Pumped Laser Marking Machines

This type of system is ideal for applications which require high power for engraving or marking. In this system, a lamp is used to pump the crystal rod, which is a Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (Nd: YAG) crystals. The machine is designed to be rugged, and withstand harsh fabrication and industrial shop conditions. They are water cooled as they generate much heat. Lamps may have to be changed approximately every 600-800 hours.

Benefits Accrued with Our Systems

Our lamp pumped laser marking system can offer a variety of benefits to users such as the following:

  • They are inexpensive in terms of investment.
  • The markings created are permanent, high quality, and contamination-free
  • As this is a non-contact method, all the markings are created without any distortion in the letters, numbers, or symbols.
  • The systems can be easily automated to meet high volume manufacturing process requirements.
  • They can also be integrated into the manufacturing systems, to increase the processes’ speed and output.
  • The lamp pumped lasers consist of only two consumable components – the lamp and the water filter. Hence, it requires low costs and less manpower for maintenance.

Application Materials

Customers can use our lamp pumped laser marking systems to create markings or engravings on the following materials:

  • Plastics
  • Ceramics
  • Aluminum
  • Stainless Steel
  • Titanium
  • Other Metals
  • Thermo-elastomer Rubber
