Hai Tech Lasers takes pride in its factory-trained staff
of Field Service Engineers and Technicians who skillfully
install your equipment, run several tests for your application,
and provide on-site training and general maintenance for
your personnel.
Maintenance
Having your Engineer call our Technical Staff.
If the problem cannot be satisfactorily resolved a service
call may be appropriate. A trained Service Engineer
is available to promptly arrive at your site.
Hai
Tech Laser's Engineers and Technicians are trained in every
aspect of maintenance and troubleshooting of Laser
Marking Systems. Spare parts are stocked at our warehouse
and are readily available for next day delivery. Extended
warranty and service contracts are also available.
When
you purchase one of our Laser Marking Products, you have
our full support for technical advice. Whenever the
characteristics of your final product change, you can count
on us to assist your technical staff for proper settings
on your Laser Marking System.
